Steering rack boot

Hey guys,

Just picked up my very first 172 (2002) Clio in blue... awesome car!

It does have a few things that need some attention, one of them being the passenger side steering rack rubber boot which is pretty much non existant.

How hard is it to change and can it be a DIY job?
