Steering Rack

Does anybody know the easy way of getting the steering rack out of a 93 clio 16v? Please dont tell me you have to take the manifold out because as most people know - it takes the piss on valvers.

dont think you would need the manifold off. unbolt the engine tie bar mount so the engine can be pushed forward to give you more room. remove the subframe supports on the inner wings. most renault racks are removed by unbolting them and sliding them out through the hole/gap in the o/s/f inner wing.
