Steering Wheel Audio Controls

Can anyone tell me how you to get the audio stalk working when you change from a standard head unit to a sony one as I cant get it to work, do i need some sort of conversion adaptor or am i not doing something right?

I wondered this when I bought out my Flip Out DVD player... Basically you have to find a head unit which is compatible with the controls... I think my friends bought a stereo for his Dynamique which is... but I gave up..

you need a patch lead and a head unit that is compatable! have a word with renault and they will tell you what head units they use that fit

But I used the head unit in my 1.2 dynamique, but it had a different plug for the steering wheel controls to what Ive got in my new dynamique?
