Steering wheel boss that cancels indicators

I bought a genuine OMP steering wheel boss for my car (172 cup) to fit my OMP wheel when I got it but it doesn't cancel the indicators like the standard wheel does

I try to ignore it - but it drives me nuts - I get halfway down the road listening to some music and forget my indicator is still on

Surely there must be a boss that fits that actually cancels the indicators??

I've used momo, and they are fine. Need a 2001 onwards though

It's probably the silver ring which you've put in the wrong place mate. It's quite complicated as there is no instructions!
