Steering Wheel Control Stalk

I've just done a few searches on here and what I have read has confused me even more.

I have a 2004 MK2 PH2 Clio, and I have a Kenwood KDC-3047a headunit. Could anybody be a star and point me in the right direction as to what I need to buy to connect my headunit to my steering wheel control stalk?

Ive put a kenwood KDC-BT61U in mine and used this adaptor works fine, ebay Item number: 270474878506 for clios with the display at the top of the centre console
