Others have had them sorted, some more than once - give them hell till they sort it.

Hey mate youre in for a bit of luck! the exact same thing has happened to the rubber grip on mine (for the second time),took it in, and after a phone call to renault customer services (By the garage nonetheless!), It is being fixed on tues for no charge! The funny thing is though that the guy at the garage said hes never heard of this happening before. Bullsh!t!

Tell the garage to phone renault and check and if they dont they give them a phone yourself. Im sure someone on here has the number for them.

Cheers

Cheers guys.

Ok well atleast now I KNOW it has to be done under warranty; I hate going in to battle with no weapons.

i had hassle too mate,i get mine on monday foc,at first i was told it wasnt covered if more than 1 year old,but like you i posted on this forum.i got replies the same as you and printed them out.i then had to post a letter of complaint to the boss of my dealer along with my printed off forum results, two weeks later i get my wheel..my 182 is 2yrs old with 26k on the clock...this is a common problem..

Mine got chnaged at 55k and almost 3 years without any complain its a common failing of the cars and mine wasn't that bad.
