steering wheel problem

got thegood old steering wheel falling apart syndrom. anyone got an idea much a new wheel is?

or a different wheel which can keep the cruise/limiter on it

renault want circa £250 for a new wheel. so best bet is the bay / scrappies as theres no aftermarket wheel where you can keep the cruise.
