steering wheel question.....

I have a phII 172 53 plate and as the OE steering wheel was worn (melted) the previous owner fitted a standard clio one in its place.

the question I have is, can it have cruise fitted? could it already have it, just not on the wheel?

If you have the cruise control button by the traction control button then you have cruise control...

Get a cheap ruined steering wheel and get it re-trimmed would be my recommendation!
