Steering?

Hi

I have noticed that when im traveling at high speeds like 60 and 70 that if i put my foot down my steering wheel will pull to the right suddenly then if i take my foot off it will pull to the left. Thinking it might be the tracking but im a noob and dont have a clue. The steering wheel doesnt sit straight as well when the wheels are straight as well, seen some posts about this were people have said get the tracking done. would this cause it to pull to one side?

id get he tacking done
its only 20 quid at my local
an never worth attemptin yourself
im takin mine in next week
as mines awful a high speed feels like i may aswell not have the steering wheel
and it pulls left too
and my steering wheel isnt alligned
im gonna fit sum new track rod ends too as there only cheap and may help
