Sticky Clutch

I have done a search on this but cant find out if any one has had it sorted .

you mean the clutch that is like gritty on the way down?, the spring sticking problem

No this is when lifting in sticks in places .

Was a fucked pressure plate when my 1.6 did it, new clutch to sort it. Not saying its the same with the RS though, mine got very heavy both ways.

its booked in for Friday they wont give me a loan car as i was unpleasant to the service manage last year . One search came up with thrust bearing may not be lubricated ?

My clutch pedal is jolty when lifting it up slowly in traffic, but I just presumed it was the pedal needing lubricating. Could it not be this? It happens hot or cold even with the engine off.

Go somewhere else then imo. I wouldn't stand for no courtesy car. And if they remember you for not to give you a courtesy car how are they going to treat your trophy?
