stiff throttle

Hey all.

Just a quick one. .the thottle is a bit stiff on the 172ph1, others i have driven are not so stiff, any way to make it smoother. It just resists a bit

I have checked the throttle body, and that seems ok. (as it you can move it by hand with no 'over' resistence)

Mine's always been that way, I've just gotten used to it! Sometimes I'll push on the throttle a bit, nothing, so I put a bit more pressure on and it clunks half way down, making me rev like a bugger!
