True + I've seen some BM's with the OBD blanked off to help prevent them getting stolen.

The whole of the UK police forces asked BMW to move the OBD port, now, BMW said this would cost them 50p per car to move. So they said not a chance.

Police cars can be broken into via the side small window, then obd overridden.

OR commonly they are pealing back the door skins and triggering the wiring loom to deactivate alarms.
This is an injection way of thieving the car.

Yeah you can see he stops the alarm within seconds, around 40 seconds... xD
