stone chip, will it get bigger?!

hello i found a stone chip on my 03 dynamique clio wing, its gone down to the primer, basically i want to know if it will get bigger and paint start to flake off, also will it rust? im not 100% sure but i thought the wings were plastic on them, that crosses out on eproblem if it is, lol thanks for your help guys.

if the wing is plastic it wont rust, i would get a touch up set and dab some paint on it, then add the lacquer (if it uses this), this will help it last longer too, i doubt it will get worse , well not for a good few years
