Stone Chips!!!?

does anyone know if there is any type of polish or wax etc that helps prevent stone chips?

Dont think just a wax or polish will stop chips, just the clear films i think?

Yes, they're a total pain. I'm trying to keep my distance from other cars and lorries in front to stop this happening.

Like others said get it pro fitted it - that way can be alomost invisable, no wax will protect against chips.

Important to remember stone chips are the result of other cars throwing stones up and the biggesst cause is tailgating on the motorway. If you do a lot of motorway driving keep your distance and you shouldn't have too many problem.

Clear films can prevent chips but they can be visible when your if car gets dirty.

we sell a skin at work called

bull skin

it was developed by the usa army to stop the blades on there helicopters getting chipped.

so it's good stuff

all comes pre cut but i don't know if we can do clios i've only seen kits for aston martins and that etc.

you can get that stuff from halfords, its like 20 quid a roll, not bad ive used it b4
