Stop light and oil light

When the engine warms up the stop light and oil light come on and stay on, there is plenty of oil in the engine, slightly over max if anything, can anyone help?

Check the oil level and pressure sensors are working.

How new is the oil might be a bit thick also be a sign of the oil pump failing.

if you go to a garge they should be able to tell you why the light is on when they do a diagnostics on the car.

Oil looks fresh, has only done 4000 miles since service.

Are you checking the oil elevel with the ditsptick?
Is so check the oil level gauage is working.
Keys in ignition turn it on to the second part them prrss the trip rest on the center of the dashboard it should show oil level _ _ _ _ _ _ means the sensor thinks there no oil that means that the only options are failing oil pump (rare) or a oil pressure sensor failure.

Am checking oil with dipstick, also the oil check when i start up the engine reads oil ok.

Check how much it has it says Ok until its right next to the minimum.

mine has the same problem (stop + oil) though sometimes there is not stop and the oil is dim.. also the compters backlight isn't working? all fuse releated?
