Storage/Workflow ideas.

I've got myself into a mess, 20,000 odd photo files, duplicates, edited version, originals, raws, jpegs all mixed up with some in date folders!

Just got lightroom, which I hate so far but looks good for adding tags to photos and good for future storage and finding images but I need to find a way or organising all my old shots?!

I have one folder that I use to import all pics from the camera... once a month or so, I sort them out into the valid folders and stick them in the "Album" folders.

Lightroom is nice for tracking which camera, lens. focal length you have used but I almost prefer Canons own Photozoom for finding photos and viewing them.

Depends on what you want to do with them ultimately I suppose though.
