Strange Side Light problem

I hope someone can help.

The car had LED sidelights when I got it (4 spot one - 2 blue/2 white) and recently noticed the driver side sidelight wasn't working and the two blue leds was flickering on & off so ordered some 7 spot LEDs to replace the current one but when I changed them it still wasn't working.

On the passenger side 3 out of the 7 LEDs work but the rest doesn't, does anyone know what the problem is?

This is on a 04 182 if its any help.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Some of these units have to be put in a specific way. Take the bulb out of the holder and turn it round then refit to see if it works.

Thanks for your help.

Tried switching them around and driver side worked but it turn out the passenger side had a bad connection.
