Striping out interior, MOT rules

Am I ok to remove the rear seats, belts and belt buckles, will this now pass an mot. Also the spare tyre and jack, is that a failure?

spare tyre isnt a prob if you dont have one, it will only fail if you have one with illegal tread.

Will pass like that no probs...mine did. Just make sure you take the seats out if you have no belts....and there is no requirement for spare or jack either.
