Stripped interior and a couple of questions

Just finished taking all the unecessary parts out from the rear of the car, sounds a fair bit louder in there! Can anyone recommend a good place that could remove a few bits of unwanted metal and spray it nicely (Maidstone area)? Also anyone else who's done this - did you leave all the wires in place or tidy them up a bit?
