stripping out

i have taKEN OUT MY BACK SEATS AND SEATBELTS BUT NOW I HAVE GOT THE PLASTICS AROUND THE BACK, SHOULD I TAKE THEN OFF?????

i dont want to have just bare metal showing so can i get it all carpeted? if so how much does it cost?
