STRUT BARS!

hi people, just want peoples views on strut bars! Are they a worthy upgrade?[advantages /disadvantages] as im thinking of purchasing a rear one from k-tec! Is this a good idea or should i fit one at the front at the same time or could i leave the front till later?

they are alright except if you attach harnesses to it

Rear ones do nothing at all due to the suspension setup.

Front ones are a waste unless there stong and heavily bolted down or wleded to the shell. Even then only realy worth it on a car with other suspension tweeks.
