strut braces

Hi, new to all this. Just wondering what the pro's and Cons are of strut braces?
I have seen both front and rear available. Would rear braces make much difference?

look good in the engine bay .


doesn't really do alot unless fitted correctly .
wont really make any difference to the handling to shout about .

forget the rear unless you having harness fitted

Ive got a front brace. It looks pretty but thats about all it does!

They look pretty, but do absolutely nothing.

For them to do anything would need to be welded properly to the chassis, and even then would be no point making the car stiffer unless it lives on track.

Ah ok, I'll give that a miss then. Was just wondering. Does it not give any additional support to the frame so help in cornering? Just a mate of mine had to have his roll bars done as they cornered too fast all the time. I'm not planning on doing that so I'll give them a miss and save my money.
