they were replaced as when i turned the wheel either way it felt as ive it was catching on something and making a "duunng" sort of sound. it went away after new bearings and rubber mounts but has since returned. any idea of what else could be causing the noise.
Definatly shouldnt pete, get an allen key out or spanner and turn the strut tops, only use one and it would normally turn under a bit of elbow grease. crack the wheels off and see how the springs sit. Springs and original shocks or anything like that?
its the same noise as before and it was def tightenened cause i done it myself! can you over tighten it? will have a look when i get a minute to do it.
back again. where the arrow points is obv where spring sits. when i turn the wheel i noticed that it sometimes moves around with the shock, but other times it sort of sticks and i think thats causeing the noise as the bearings are new! i hope.
which one is it ment to do and any idea how i could stop it doin what its not supposed to do?
