Struts mount gap

Hello,

Since I remember I had a gap between my struts mount and the cars body.
Im attaching somr pic to see.
Also when I turn the wheel, they turn too.
Is it normal?
I changed top shock mounts recently.
(It was like that before and afer the new mounts).
