stub axel for mk2 ph2

I need to know how to contact 'fred' as i hear he can get me a stub axel for my mk2 ph2. if anyone has his email or username can you let me know or if someone else has one they could sell me. Im mainly looking however for instructions on fitting it. Im looking to do it myself this weekend provinding i get my hands on the part.

Fred is Freddynamic on here but he's just going to tell you to go to Renault for one there only £40 or so.
