Stuck. Can you take the FARB off without removing the linkage?

So i've taken the front ARB fixings off.

But thought I would be able to maneouver it around the gear linkage to remove it compltely. However I can't I don't think.

Has anyone done this and know if it's possible.

Otherwise i'll have to take the linkage off and don't really want to do that in case I f**k something I don't know about up lol.

Car is on axle stands at the mo.

Any ideas?

You can, but I don't think it'll be high enough on stands.

On the linkage, don't undo the 13mm nut that you can see. Follow it to the gearbox, and there is a rubber boot. Pull that forwards and to the gearbox side and it'll reveal another 13mm nut. Undo this and you won't have to do any adjustments
