now the stupid boot won't unlock. wondering when my car troubles are gonna end lol

Not entirely uncommon in this weather tbh, remove the black plastic panel from inside (two screws iirc and pull hard (lots of clips hold it on)), check and clean all the connectors, apply wd-40 generously and that will probably fix it tbh, it did on mine anyway

oh thats cool will give that a go. i assumed it would be the solenoid but thinking about it, it did start when the weather got bad will try that tomorrow at work. cheers:approve:

Nah, just pull it forward, then pull the connecting rod on the mechanism, it will pop, i did mine just the other week
