Not quite sure what you're asking here? Is your home network different to your wireless hub?

If you just want to turn on file sharing, then go to:

Apple Menu/System Preferences/Sharing (Under Internet and Network)

And then tick windows sharing.

From your windows machines just use your username and password for the mac account you want to access.

To browse a windows share just go to the Finder and click on network, they should appear automatically.

If you can't see them, then while in the finder, go to:

Go/Connect To Server

and then type in:

smb://x.x.x.x

where x.x.x.x is the ip of the machine you want to access.

The mount will appear on the desktop. If you wanted this to mount everytime you login, then just drag the mount into:

Apple/System Preferences/(your user account)/Login Items

It cost me £80 inc delivery from Crucial. A bargain in comparison to the £250 Apple wanted :D

I'd have liked to expand the memory to 3gb but the single 2gb chip is still fairly expensive. Either way Parallels will run better now when I need to use it.

I have the first batch of G5 imacs. Mines a G5 1.8ghz or thereabout jobbie.
~Currently got one 1gb of ram in one slot and the original 256 in the other. if i replace the 256 with your 2gb and have 3gb will it fly?? taking into consideration my model.

I've fitted the 2gb to my iMac and it definately benefits from it.

Your cheapest way would be to buy a 1gb chip and swap it for the 256mb, at 2gb you should find that things run better.
