stupid & pathetic question re side strips

r they a b**ch to get off or is it just me ?

havent really tried to much just opened the door and took the cap of the back, saw there was a clip but wouldnt move with just finger prodding.

slide em, dont pull em. they should be easy to remove.

yeah, unscrew the only screw that holds them on, pull the strip away from the door (at the screw end) to release it, then pull towards the rear of the car, job done.
