Stupid Question re: Paint Colour

Does anyone know where on the car I can find the code for the colour of it.

little plastic panel in the recess of the drivers door. open door, and it's on the B pillar. will be two letters, then three numbers. for instance pearl black is NV676

Its on the door pillar of the drivers side on the inside

No 7 is paint reference
