Firstly apologies for the question I am going to ask, probably the most ridiculous question you have all heard!..But I'm under no illusion I don't know squat about cars! Anyway the uppermost light on my tail light doesnt work, and I for the life of me cannot find what it is used for, my suspicion is that it is the rear foglight. Tried new bulb, but to no avail. If it is of no importance, then I'll just let it be. Quick answer will suffice and then thread closed. Many thanks.
