Suade dash?

I keep seeing more and more clio track cars with what looks like a suade dash..anybody know if its a wrap or a maybe a sspecial kind of lightweight dash?

Also if its a wrap where I could get the wrap from.

Its called a flocked dash mate, not clued up but try a search might come up with something.
