Sub and amp deals

Right guys and girls, im after a bit of advice. Im going to buy a sub and amp, so thought about just going for a package deal. I thought about these:

the first one is a 4 channel amp. so your paying extra for that.

the second one matches the sub but with no overhead.

the third has a some overhead so your not overdriving the amp(i think cos im not sure if they are maz or rms figures)

quality the sub is supposed to be ok but not sure about the rest of it
