Sub for £50, should I go for it?

Ok, so I can get a sub for £52, should I go for it?

Alpine Type R SWR-1021D 10" sub used. Includes a Bass box but no amp. Seems to be in perfect working order.

What do you think?

Although they're meant to be great... my 12" Type-R sub split all round the seem after about 4 years. I wasn't very impressed (I paid £150 for it) second hand? Not sure, it might not have long to go. I'm sure there are a lot of people with positive stories though.

For me, JBL has come up trumps.

I wouldn't say that's a bargain or anything. 10" sub no amp £50 I sold my vibe active sub with amp and 12" for £50

My 12" JBL was £0.99 and my 15" JBL was £5.99

I am sure you could look for a bargain.

always. If you wait, you can get one local to you so you do not have to pay postage.

Even better prices on items finishing on friday nights, sat and sundays mornings. Also during a national holiday

My 12" sub was on a friday night at 22.00 and my 15" at 15.40 so both times people were either out or at work.
