Sub in spare wheel well

want to do this myself to save weight/space as this is what i have at the moment

(ignore the exhaust and huge box they came with the car!)

Not a subsitute. It'll help, but then you'll need a new tyre when you get home iirc.

That's all good but you need a cover for it otherwise you won't be able to put anything there anyway.

Foxy's was the best IMO, he sanded the spare wheel upright bolt back, put one in the actual well and made it so he lost no boot space what so ever . . . very nicely done and considered it myself once or twice!

and bloody heavy too, cant see the point in having the spare as ive got 17s on my car, so will save abit of weight from ditching the box and wheel.

don't know alot about boxes and how to make them sound good and all that so simple in the wheel well job i think

just took the box and wheel out now, and omg, it was like a fat bloke was hibernating in my boot, seems to pull better, but back isnt as low now, that box weighs so much!
