Sub to standard cd player

Is it possible to fit a lets say 12" sub to my standard renault cd player? If so how woudl i go aboput it not to sure wer to hook teh amp up to nd if its actually possible.

i dnt think u can beacause there isnt anywere for the leads to go in the back of the stereo

Yes it is possible mate, when you’re looking for an amp if you make sure it’s got a high level input on it you can wire it into one of your door speakers and it filters out the bass if you set the amp up right, iirc

Or phone autoleads for an RCA converter, which converts sounds from speakers to the red and white plugs you need for the amp!

^^^he means a high to low converter dont phone autoleads any decent audio shop should have them in stock there are two main types one adjustable with panoramic potentiometers and one not £10-£20 will cover the cost
