subframes for 19 leather

pick up my 19 leather tomorrow and i have a quick question about fitting. i have read the fiiting guide on the main page and think i understand how to do the rears but have a quick question about the fronts. do you have to use the sub frames from an RT or can i use the ones from my phase 1 seats?

phase 1 valver seats dont have height adjustable feature. phase 2 does and so does RT! as do the 19 valver leathers. Thats the only reason i suggested using RT frames, then u can also flog ur interior complete!

my current seats are ripped anyway so i was planning on using them. and iam not that bothered about the height adjustment, so can i use the phase one subframes?



P.S. adams_16v your guide looks very helpful and is well presented and i hope my installation looks as good as yours

no! you cant fit the leathers on phase1 frames the holes are in different places! you need phase 2 frames to fit the leather or drill more holes(but i wouldnt suggest the latter)
