What would be the best thing to have 2 x 500w subs or 1 x 1000w sub??

Id rather go for a single 1000" watt, saves more space and gives a good boom!

1 good quality sub will beat 2 cheaper subs

and its fine saying 500w subs or 1000w subs but its the amp you use that will power them

you also need to think about the coil configuration of the subs

what subs are you thinking about?
