Suede steering wheels

I'm after a steering wheel for my phase one and see a lot of these suede deep dish wheels going for a good price.

I worried that with a boss fitted it will sit to far back.... Anybody tried one and liked it's position ?

I now using bucket seats. ( don't know if that makes a difference although i'm a bit lower now )

My omp wrc was spot on for driving position. The suede wears out too quickly though.
