Get some proper track day tyres..Paradas are no better than PE2s IMHO.

Far better for dry trackdays and cheap - come in 205/45 16s...

Slipstreams were abou 6kg a corner. I believe these are 7kg.

Can't remember what turinis weight exactly ... 8.6kg springs to mind though.
