have a search mate its been covered a few times in the past.. can be a ballache by all accounts

it's about 3 hours work, plus the issue of any bolts that can round off (they're E-torx and they're made of cheese)

well looks like i will be taking to a garage from the info so far ...

cheers guys , looks as though it may be slightly expensive

If you have an engine crane it's easier to undo the top engine mount and lift it up.

you'd never have known i'd only used that method with the engine out and upside down on a stand would you :p
