Resurrection starts
What are the plans for it? What needs doing?
Cut out the rot, welded in new and treated etcNice transformation! What was done to the inner sills before the dynax?
It was originally in silver and to save a few quid we didnt paint the hidden chassis parts when it went yellowA silly annoyance of mine.... I hate it when chassis sections are left unpainted.
When I first took my front bumper off and the cross-member was all untidy. No one ever sees it, but you know it's there, lol....

I get the practical side of it - but it still bugs me! Obviously yours is different if it was originally silver anyway. It was originally in silver and to save a few quid we didnt paint the hidden chassis parts when it went yellow
it was always yellow.......................im going to address it and clean up under the archesI get the practical side of it - but it still bugs me! Obviously yours is different if it was originally silver anyway.
I remember seeing some supercar production documentary where they did similar and the robots completely skipped the inner sections of the chassis. Made worse by the fact that the entire welded chassis was dipped beforehand and then the layers of paint only coated about 75% of the car.
If I'm paying six-figures for a bloody car - I want it done properly!
