Sup, thought it would be good to come and introduce myself. I bought my first Clio 12 days ago. I am now the proud owner of a seriously tidy 52 plate Clio 172. really enjoying it so far. It is completely unmodified, although I have plans to make a few changes over time. I have a few minor niggles that need attention, the heated rear screen comes on when I start the engine and the switch does not seem to work (am planning a new switch). Also some fine scratches on the windscreen from the wipers (found a guy on the South coast who will polish the screen rather than replace it). It needs a set of 4 tyres, so thought I might as well get some nice alloys for it rather than re-boot the standard ones. All in all, very happy so far!

Thanks for the welcomes. Alloy wise I was thinking of something multi-spoke, like Kei Force 10s (but not quite as pricey). I am loving my Clio so far I really need to get some decent audio in there though, the standard stuff is not the greatest!

As far as alloys go they aren't expensive and look horrible.

I am in Plymouth. I will add my name to the devon/cornwall members list once I get my full membership sorted (I am guessing that's why I can't post at the moment). I saw your thread about the meet on the 28th, I would love to come along but already have plans to go off-road buggy racing that day (it looks like tons of fun so don't want to miss that!). I will most definitely be along to the next South West meet though
