10% at the fly wheel!!!!, I never said it would take a 182 to over 200 ponies, that was your presumption.................
The company I work for it a DEALER of superchips and to clarify, you puchase bare bone chips form superchips, it is then up to the dealer/retailer to purchase the most up to date software to download onto them, it is constantly changing, and most retailers buy the first and dont upgrade the software. Hense they make more money out of the unsuspecting fool and are not giving them the latest what they paid for. Some companies dont pay for the software at all and map their own.
And as for proving what superchips can do, the company I work for does not need to, superchips are tested and proven to give 10% on normally aspirated cars and 20% on turbos. Get your facts right before making presumtions.....................

... right, 182 bhp + 10% is just over 200bhp. you said 10%, which is 18.2bhp, so slightly over your somewhat conservative 16bhp (yeah right haha). so, the nitty gritty now.
my 'presumption' is the same one that any other customer would reasonably make, you say 16bhp or 10%, well 10% is 200bhp, which of course as anyone in the tuning business and experience with Clio tuning knows "CANNOT BE DONE", especially with a superchip. so, it begs the question, can you actually prove these claims? clearly not. it also says that superchips prey on end user ignorance and then use shady tactics like claiming 10% increase, but get out on a technicality because it gives 10% at different individual points in the rev range.

okay, tell you what, I'll PM you my home address and you send me a superchips ECU and I'll go get my car RR'd before and after and get the results up here. your welcome to even pop along and see your product fail... send it recorded delivery and I'll send it back the same way as it came once the test is done. superchips may be able to provide graphs, but biased and friendly RR operators or tests done in house mean little in the real world. most people on here are well informed enough to use someone else's product. I can get a more effective chip for £50 and that's no lie, still nothing to a proper remap though.

and to think some guys on here pay GDI £1,700 to get 200bhp thats INCLUDING a remap when superchips can get the same power for about £300 or what ever they charge.

lol i smell bullshit

  Remap Tuning Available
Glad to here your happy with your SC m8.

Regarding your bhp figure you have got more than the site adversties if the Dyno is a true result.

Im not going to comment on your bhp or on the SC remaps, in my opinion if you are happy with the way the car drives then good .

True, but if they claim x, then x should be met.

Renault spent all that money developing the F4R with VVT. If a remapped ecu could get you 10% and the car'll still drive nicely (below 5000rpm) then surely Renault need to sack their engineers for not doing their job right in the first place ?

If you read the other 400 threads on this subject. The current Std ECU is a compromise of Reliability and Performance, sometimes restricted to meet EU reg's.
