You probably can, but you'd be better off, both economically and otherwise if you just buy a SC friendly car. Or just get a 172 and imagine its a SC'd 1.4

Save your money mate honestly. Maybe just get some coilovers and a panel filter with exhaust, least it will look and sound better that way.
