Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Thought Mk1 172s were W, X and Y plate although I have seen a Mk2 172 on a Y plate before too.

Thats silly money, it cant be a 172. I have seen 100k+ milers for just under £5k. Also that r/c car had me confused for a moment then.
