Suspension geometry setup

  182 CUP
I know there are numerous experienced Clio trackday Meisters out there and would like some advice please.

Has anybody any idea what the settings would be for a 182 Clio Cup with H R coilovers for track day use. Our car is primarly for track day fun but we also wish to drive it to and from the tracks.

What we would like to know is:

What height would you set the suspension front and rear (lower than standard height).

What negative camber to use (0-2 degrees)

Should we put any toe in on the front

Appreciate any comments from those that have done it

Rears nothing can be done with.

Front say 1.5 degress negative camber depends on user and a tiny bit of toe in.

If it were me I'd go to about 2 degrees but I drive a bit daft.
