My 172 mk2 went to our local renault dealer a few months ago because of a knocking from the front right suspension (when on full lock). For which renault could find no problem, but they said renault were aware of a problem with this area and the car would be called in when they knew what the problem was. well the car has just been in and had the front bushes replaced. Problem solved and the front end feels tighter. Have any other mk2s been recalled for this problem.
