Suspension making noises

Noticed this yesterday when i was turning out of my drive.
It makes a creaking/clanging noise when turning the steering wheel at veryl ow speeds.
Had my topmounts changed last week to ktr topmounts. I have sprayed wd40 on them and they have got alittle better. Sprayed more on last night and have left it till this morning.
Failing this it could be the balljoints?
The cars on 62k.
Any experience on this or ideas.

Check the hubs for anything loose / excessive play. It's probably something down there like a b/j, arb, tr end.
