suspension set ups advice needed

hi all. advice for my mate looking at full suspension set up on 182 already had poly front end so thats done. also on the list is a whiteline arb

1. is it best to go solid top mounts front and rear?

2.coilovers whats best to go for ? what is more popular what do you have?

3. setting. what ride height do you have.

also already have adjustable camber front and rear any advice welcome
an parts you think are good wheres the best place to get them
